Juventus striker Paulo Dybala is struggling to make their Champions League tie with Tottenham.
Dybala and Claudio Marchisio have been ruled out for 30-40 days, while Gigi Buffon and Juan Cuadrado are still injured, confirmed Juventus.
Dybala and Marchisio both have muscular problems and confirmed the initial diagnosis of 30-40 days on the sidelines.
Buffon and Cuadrado are said to be improving, but continue to train separately from the rest of the squad this week.
Juve meet Spurs in the Champions League round of 16 from February 13.
