Juventus are ready to open talks with the camp of Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi.
Meetings have already taken place with Villarreal and Rossi's agent, Federico Pastorello, this week.
Sky Sport Italia says Juve directors will hold another summit with Pastorello in the next few days.
It's believed Rossi would be available for around 30m, which is well within the Juventus transfer budget.
