Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has declared an agreement has been struck for Werder Bremen star Diego. "We heard what was being said in Germany, but [general manager Jean-Claude] Blanc has offered a good contract," said the President.
"We are relaxed and we already have an agreement."
Meanwhile, agent Giacomo Peralito told German magazine Kicker: "Diego has signed for Juventus and the player and the two clubs involved have reached an agreement.
"Juve are on the stock exchange and so they can't declare anything before May 31."
