Juventus are lining up a bid for Liverpool midfielder Raul Meireles.
After rejecting the chance to sign Reds teammate Alberto Aquilani permanently, new Juve coach Antonio Conte is more open to bringing Meireles to Turin.
However, Juve will face competition from Inter Milan, where Luis Figo has talked up Meireles' qualities to sports director Marco Branca.
Meireles is available from Liverpool as they seek to fund their own transfer plans this summer.
