Juventus are on the brink of releasing Gonzalo Higuain from his contract.

Tuttosport says Higuain is in advanced talks to terminate his deal to the tune of a €7.5m payoff.

Indeed, it's suggested an agreement has already been struck and an announcement is pending.

Higuain has been linked with a return to England, however his next move is expected to be the USA.
