Juventus are locked in talks with Olympiakos this week for Kostas Manolas.
The young Greece international is a personal request of new Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri, who watched him extensively during his time out of work last season.
Juve directors are in agreement and negotiations have kicked off with Olympiakos over a fee for Manolas.
The 23 year-old is also being tracked by AS Roma, Napoli and Arsenal.
But it is Juve which have made the first move this week.
