Chelsea are reportedly interested in Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio.

Italian publication Calciomercato is reporting the 30-year-old Italian international is well respected by the powers that be at Stamford Bridge.

It is understood that should the Blues appoint Antonio Conte as their new manager as expected, the Italian national team boss will endeavour to bring his former Juve pupil Marchisio to the Premier League club.

Chelsea believe Marchisio will bring the experience needed to help the West London club rebuild after a less than satisfactory Premier League title defence.
