Juventus and Inter Milan hero Roberto Baggio has joined Italy's national coaching staff.
The appointment of Baggio, as well as Gianni Rivera and Arrigo Sacchi, represents a u-turn in calcio management.
"I have given my availability for this job," revealed Baggio.
"I am ready to take this challenge and become the President of the settore tecnico in Coverciano.
Il Divin Codino also revealed his excitement ahead of the possible appointment.
"It will be a tough job but entertaining as well," he added.
"My role will cover several duties but first I will have to understand many things "
