Gigi Buffon intends to shake off his nagging back injury and play for Juventus until he is 42 years of age!

The Juve No1 said: "I know my body very well and I also know how best to guard the goal. You don't have to be an acrobat. I know I can play on for a long time - until I am 41 or 42 years of age.

"I don't regret playing in Serie B. I never look further than my nose. These two years away from Europe have not been a punishment."

Buffon also revealed he's a mad Cameroon fan.

"I know from heart the Cameroon team of the 1990 World Cup. I loved them, especially the goalie, Thomas N'Kono. Since then, he has been my absolute idol."
