Juventus GM Beppe Marotta is delighted with the management of coach Max Allegri.

Marotta says there's no danger of Allegri not penning his new deal.

“Signing the contract is a formality," said Marotta. “His deal is set to expire in 2017 and we want to extend it by at least a year.

“There is a daily rapport with him based on transparency and honesty. We never even suspected he would leave.

“This era will come to an end, but we are starting our third year with him. It's natural to accept the rapport will continue."
