Juventus defender Danilo dedicated Brazil's World Cup round of 16 win against South Korea to Pele.

Brazil will meet Croatia in the quarterfinals after the 4-1 victory.

"It was a great performance, we had to be aggressive, keep possession and continue to be positive," Danilo told RAI Sport.

“We are happy with the win, but now need to recuperate because the next game will be really difficult."

At the final whistle, Danilo and Neymar walked onto the pitch with a large banner dedicated to Pele, who was watching the match from a hospital bed.

“Pele is our King and we wish him all the best," added Danilo.
