Juventus have announced Mauro Camoranesi will undergo knee surgery.

"There is a lesion to the exterior meniscus ligament in the right knee," read a statement on the club website.

"As is routine in these cases, the Nerazzurri medical staff, led by Professor Franco Combi, will proceed with keyhole surgery to be organised in the next few days."

Camoranesi broke down in Friday during the Trofeo TIM.
