Juventus coach Max Allegri has welcomed the deal for Kaio Jorge.
The Santos striker has signed for Juve in recent days.
"He's a young lad," Allegri said. “Let's not put responsibility on him. Otherwise, we are wrong in our evaluation of the youngsters.
“They need to grow and make mistakes; they must be supported by the most experienced and they must be put in the right conditions to do well."
Allegri also spoke of re-signing Miralem Pjanic from Barcelona.
“It's not like I'm waiting for him, the club controls the transfer market," Allegri continued. “We have evaluated: now let's see what happens.
“The important thing is that the team are working and ready for August 22, then if two midfielders or three defenders arrive, I don't know.
“I have an excellent squad, [Aaron] Ramsey played a good game in front of the defence. He must improve his management of the ball.
“[Federico] Bernardeschi had a good attitude, there are all the right prospects for a great year."
