Juventus coach Max Allegri says Gonzalo Higuain could've done more in his career.

The striker has announced his retirement at Inter Miami this week.

“I think he's done less in his career than he could've done, on a technical level he's an extraordinary player," said Allegri.

"I compare him to the best I've been lucky enough to coach."
