Juventus are close to agreeing terms with Olympique Lyon over the sale of defender Jean Alain Boumsong.
Lyon are prepared to cough up £2 million for Boumsong, whose departure will accelerate Juve's talks with Aston Villa for centre-half Olof Mellberg.
