Marko Pjaca has said his farewell to Dinamo Zagreb fans.

While linked with AC Milan, the Croatia attacker is expected to join Juventus.

“A big thank you to everyone for that ovation at the substitution. Like any Zagreb boy who loves Dinamo, I must admit that applause was one of the most beautiful moments of my career," he stated.

“There's nothing better. Thank you all for what you gave me tonight, it was a moment I will remember forever."

The 21-year-old is set to join Juventus, as confirmed by his agent, and the final details of the €25m deal are being whittled down.
