Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri was happy with Alvaro Morata's performance in victory over Hellas Verona.

Morata was given a rare start alongside Carlos Tevez.

Allegri remarked: "In my view Morata has extraordinary technique. He arrived from a huge club like Real Madrid, but didn't play much there, so this is a very different season for him.

"Usually he plays for the goal, but tonight we saw him play to create chances for others too. He needs to be a little less frenetic and also realise that he has to be in a game for over 90 minutes."
