Juventus attempt to set up Pjanic swap for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho

Juventus are attempting to set up a swap deal for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.

Sky Italia says Pjanic could be making his way to Chelsea this summer, despite having already agreed terms with Barcelona.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina international looks set to depart Juventus this summer, with a number of clubs interested in his services.

Barcelona have been strongly linked with the 30-year-old, and reports suggest he has struck an agreement with the Spanish outfit.

However, a deal may not come to fruition, with Maurizio Sarri weighing up the idea of using the midfielder as a makeweight in a deal to land Jorginho from Chelsea.

Pjanic has made 167 appearances for the Old Lady, and has lifted six major trophies during his time in Turin, but looks set to leave that behind with a number of clubs looking to secure his signature.
