Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar insists there's no doubts creeping inside the dressing room after a run of disappointing performances.

"We just need to do what we have been doing," Julio Cesar maintained on Sky Sport Italia. "All we have to do is repeat the performance we put in against Roma when we played really well.

"We don't have to prove ourselves to anyone and these comparisons between Mourinho and Roberto Mancini only begin when things don't go so well.

"Udinese have fast players and they are on good form. Antonio Di Natale can make the difference and he has a great shot. Simone Pepe is also a real talent."
