Chelsea U18s have beaten MK Dons in a friendly.
The youngsters welcomed the Dons to the training ground for their third friendly game of the summer and managed to combine a challenging test with another victory as they ran out 2-1 winners courtesy of a brace from striker Martell Taylor-Crossdale, his second in as many games after a double in last weekend's win over QPR.
With Chelsea's development squad currently in France for two matches this weekend, coach Jody Morris was able to offer game time to a number of schoolboys as well as the bulk of their new scholars. Juan Castillo, the recent acquisition from Ajax, started on the left of a front three and it was the Dutchman who assisted our opening goal midway through the first half.
