The Mirror says Jerome has resolved his contract wrangle with Birmingham and is set to sign a bumper new deal.
The Blues striker broke off talks over new terms after being disappointed with the club's offer.
But the Blues have since agreed to pay the former Cardiff man around £18,000 a week.
