Tottenham U18 coach Kieran McKenna has hailed the club's current culture.

McKenna revealed past greats are now working more with the club's youth teamers.

He told the London Evening Standard: "We're getting players through to the first team here and we have people like Ledley King and Pat Jennings who are legends of the club who come in and work with the boys a couple of days a week.

"We've got a really good staff and the boys get a really good football education at Tottenham."
