Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas believes the club is good enough to play in the Champions League and that it should be a realistic goal each year.
"I think we should be targeting fourth or fifth every year," he told The Daily Mirror.
"The Premier League is so hard these days, but that's no excuse - we should be up there.
"Unfortunately, it hasn't happened for us this season, but we're getting there now.
"We've been getting big results against the big teams for ages.
"Chelsea haven't beaten us in three games, we've done well against Arsenal and Man United were lucky to get a draw here last season."
