Japanese winger Hiroyuki Ishida has been linked with a return to Australia to join the Newcastle Jets. The 29-year old was a part of Perth Glory's inaugural A-League side and previously spent about four years with Sydney Olympic in the National Soccer League.
More recently, Ishida has been back in Japan playing with Ventforet Kofu and Sagan Tosu.
