IT'S ON! Tottenham agree transfer fee with Brighton for Bissouma

Tottenham have agreed a deal with Brighton to sign Yves Bissouma.

Spurs are set to complete their third transfer of the summer, having already secured Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic.

The London Evening Standard says Bissouma will move to north London in a deal worth £25m.

Bissouma is entering the last 12 months of his contract and Brighton don't want him to walk for free next summer.

The Mali midfielder is a top target for Antonio Conte, who wants to pair him with Uruguay star Rodrigo Bencantur.

Arsenal and Manchester United were long-term admirers of the 25-year-old.

Conte now wants to secure a right-back, forward and centre-back.

Middlesbrough star Djed Spence is reportedly Conte's top right-back target.
