Arsenal and West Ham United have completed negotiations over Declan Rice's British record £105m fee.
The two clubs have settled on the method of payment of the fee which is for £100m up front plus £5m in bonuses.
It means Rice can now be released for his Arsenal medical and complete his move across London.
Arsenal had initially sought to pay the fee over five years, with West Ham insisting on everything being completed inside 18 months. However, a compromise has now been found, says The Sun.
A medical is now scheduled for Rice, who had agreed contract terms with the Gunners some weeks ago.
