Tal reckons Steve McClaren's England are not intelligent enough to play 'smart' football.

The remarks by ex- Bolton midfielder Tal have caused a stir in his own camp and made him unpopular.

An Israeli FA source told The Sun: "He should keep his mouth shut.

"Now England will be mad and will try to beat us 5-0."
