Newcastle United front man Alexander Isak plays his best football when connected to the game.
That is according to the Swedish international himself, as he talked up his recent form.
Isak took his time to gel at the club, given he had injury issues earlier in the campaign.
He is now fully fit and has managed eight goal contributions in the past nine matches.
Isak told Premier League uncut: "I believe in my own qualities. It's not only the goal scoring part, I like to contribute with a lot of different things, link-up play and I think I can contribute.
"The most important thing is to score goals but I think I'm playing my best football when I'm connected to the game and I'm involved."
