Stephen Ireland is confident Stoke City will soon start climbing the table.
The on-loan Aston Villa midfielder insists there are better times ahead for both himself and his new club.
"I'm not so worried," he told The Sentinel.
"We know we just have to keep working hard because it's a philosophy that's new to fans and everybody, but we are heading in the right direction.
"One win and we are 10th or 11th, so we are not a million miles away. We are working hard every day to make sure we are not anywhere near the bottom.
"It is the hardest-working club I have ever been at, by a mile, and it's rubbing off on me and I'm enjoying it."
