Ipswich goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski is happy he stayed at Portman Road last month.

The Poland international was linked with a move to Crystal Palace in January but Ipswich have put a new contract on the table and Bialkowski appears close to signing.

"Obviously there are still a couple of things to sort out but hopefully we are going to sign the deal soon," he said.

"I've still got the option for next year but like I said there are a couple more things that need to be sorted but I have said so many times before I love this place, I love the club and I'm really happy here."
