AC Milan boss Pippo Inzaghi is reluctant to take QPR midfielder Adel Taarabt on-loan.
Taarabt, who spent last season with Milan, is being linked with a return to the Rossoneri following an injury suffered by Stephan El Shaarawy.
However, Inzaghi is lukewarm on bringing back the attacking midfielder, says TMW.
Milan GM Adriano Galliani has held talks with Taarabt's agent, Kia Joorabchian, this month about the midfielder's situation and could be key to his chances of a return.
Taarabt has turned down an approach from Atalanta in the past week to leave himself free for Milan.
