Inter Milan striker Lukaku happy with goal in Euro win

Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku was happy to score in their Europa League win over Getafe.

Goals from Lukaku and Christian Eriksen secured the 2-0 victory in Gelsenkirchen, but Getafe threatened to equalise when Jorge Molina fired a penalty off target.

“It was a difficult match against a team that plays aggressively, but we did well, the defence did a good job and I'm happy to score for the team. Christian also got an important goal for the side and we must continue like this," Lukaku told Sky Sport Italia.

The Belgian also missed from six yards out.

“These things happen in football, but I am already thinking of the next game. We want the win and I am happy with today's result. The team is growing and it's important that we continue with this mentality, this desire to improve every single day."
