New Inter Milan signing Matias Silvestre says he has no international preference.

Silvestre is uncapped at international level and could soon be the subject of a tug-of-war between Argentina and Italy.

"My first aim is to win a place at Inter," he added. "I've heard that Italy boss Cesare Prandelli wants to call me up and that is pleasing.

"I've also spoken to the Argentine Coach, but it is too soon for that now. I'm only thinking of Inter. This is a chance of a lifetime and I don't want to waste it."
