Inter Milan will pass on a permanent deal for on-loan Arsenal attacker Lukas Podolski.
The Germany international joined Inter in January, with the deal including an option to sign permanently for €7 million.
However, Tuttosport says Inter deem the price now as too rich and will send Podolski back to the Gunners at season's end.
A future with Arsenal is appearing remote and he is expected to return to the Bundesliga.
Former club FC Cologne have expressed interest in re-signing Podolski this summer.
