Inter Milan have rejected the chance to sign Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Sky Italia says City boss Roberto Mancini was willing to include Tevez in his offer for £30 million-rated Inter youngster Mario Balotelli.
But Inter chiefs rejected the proposal as they do not see room in Rafa Benitez's setup for the Argentine.
Inter have earmarked young Brazilian Philippe Coutinho for the inside-forward's role next season and do not want to stall his development by bringing in a senior player like Tevez.
