Inter Milan are waiting on a response from Chelsea over their move for Davide Zappacosta.

Inter are waiting to hear if Chelsea will let Zappacosta move this summer.

Sky Italia are reporting that a fee of £17.5m is acceptable to the London club - who only signed Zappacosta 12 months ago for more than £22m.

Zappacosta's agent, Alessandro Lucci, was at Inter last week for talks about the fullback.

The Italy international said while on holiday in the US: "I would just like to have a great season, regardless of where I will play.

"The interest? But I do not know anything and I think only of Chelsea."
