Thohir remains a minority shareholder at Inter and holds the presidency.

Sky Sports says the Indonesian millionaire could enter English football with a move for Oxford.

Thohir plans to buy into the club, though whether it will be a majority stake is not yet clear.

Oxford currently play in England's League One.
