Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti accepted the early substitution of teenage striker Mario Balotelli in Sunday's 1-0 win at Torino.

Moratti, who is a big fan of Balotelli, said: "Mancini wanted to protect him because some players were picking on him. There was no big deal about it."
