Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar insists they will win the Scudetto, despite last night's 1-1 draw at Palermo. The result means Inter have amassed only one win in the last seven and today Milan would leapfrog them at the top of the table with a victory over Napoli.

"I am absolutely certain this season we'll win the Scudetto again," said Julio Cesar.

"Despite the fact we did not get the victory this evening, we proved that we are a great squad.

"We held a lot of possession, even if we didn't create all that much. Palermo defended well and tried to hit us on the break."

Julio Cesar feels Inter's reputation as the top side in Serie A since the Calciopoli scandal actually makes it more difficult for them.

"It's really impressive in Serie A, as every team we face treats it like a life or death match. Of course, that is how it should be."
