Inter Milan are now in talks with Manchester United about a new deal for Alexis Sanchez.
Inter chief Piero Ausilio admitted over the weekend they'd be keen to hang onto Alexis for next season.
And Sky Italia says talks have already commenced with United about a new 12-month loan arrangement for the Chile international.
Ausilio said, “We aim to keep everyone, including Alexis Sanchez.
“He had done very well before the injury, I think of the matches against Barcelona and Sampdoria. He reminded me of the best seasons in Udine and with Arsenal.
“The he was unfortunate, but it can turn into an opportunity for him, this forced break, for him to show his value."
