Inter Milan midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri is on the brink of signing for Schalke.
Shaqiri has been up for sale at Inter since the end of last season.
The Swiss is set to join Schalke after turning down a move to Stoke City last week.
Shaqiri has already said his goodbyes to Inter teammates.
