Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva and Manchester City's Javi Garcia are the top two targets.
Inter have already registered their interest with Liverpool for Lucas, who could be available for €10 million.
A more realistic target is Javi Garcia, who is prepared to move on from City this summer.
