Inter Milan legend Beppe Bergomi says Nicolo Barella is playing within himself.
Bergomi is convinced Barella still has another level in his game to reach.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Rather, one of the most titled players has not convinced me yet. Inter must find and re-motivate Barella. Even if he scored at Cremonese and did the assist for Brozo with Torino, I have too much esteem for Nicolò to be satisfied. I see him a bit weak, without the change of pace that makes him a top midfielder.
"Difficult to judge from the outside, but it gives me the feeling that the spark is missing. And Inter all need to rekindle. As if the enthusiasm was lacking and there was still some negative waste after losing the Scudetto in that way. Last season was still a good one, with two trophies won and a good figure also in the Champions League."
