Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar says he's to blame for Saturday's defeat to Roma.

The Brazilian spilled Nicolas Burdisso's header into the path of Daniele De Rossi in Saturday's 2-1 defeat.

"Yes I made a mistake on De Rossi's goal," confessed the Brazilian. "I thought that I'd blocked the ball. I don't know what happened.

"Having said that, we did not deserve to lose. We will get back on track quickly. You'll see."
