Inter Milan have been hit by an injury to Diego Milito.
Milito, who has had fitness issues all season, picked up a muscle problem in Sunday's 5-3 win over Roma.
The 2010 World Cup striker underwent scans yesterday which confirmed a muscle strain in his left thigh.
Milito could be out for 40 days.
