Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti intends to compete with Barcelona for Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas in the summer. Cesc has cast doubt on his future at Arsenal after a critical interview with Don Balon this week where he expressed his frustration with the club's transfer policy and lack of trophies.
The People says Moratti is ready to bring Cesc to Italy in the summer.
The midfielder has been on Barcelona's radar for the previous two summers.
However, that has not deterred Moratti, who met Inter's technical staff, directors and sponsors last week to discuss summer spending. Money will be pumped in to the Italian giants by new sponsors from the Gulf states, giving Inter a huge war chest.
