Inter Milan are confident securing defender Walter Samuel to a new contract.

The Argentine veteran's representatives were in London last week for talks with Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal.

However, Inter insiders are confident of securing 'The Wall' to a new two-year agreement.

Samuel's current deal expires in June.
