Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni has again left out Wesley Sneijder from his squad for their clash with Palermo.

Sneijder has been left out for several weeks, at first due to an injury and then over a contract dispute.

Strama admitted yesterday that the Dutchman was fit for selection.
