Inter Milan coach Mourinho: London life turned sour after Leya arrest

New Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho says life in London turned sour over a row with police regarding his pet dog!

The former Chelsea boss says no clash with owner Roman Abramovich or Arsenal chief Arsene Wenger affected him as badly as his run-in with cops over Yorkshire terrier Leya.

Police raided Mourinho's posh Belgravia home 13 months ago to 'arrest' the pooch over quarantine fears.

The animal was then spirited away to Portugal with the help of Mourinho.

Mourinho said yesterday: "My family was very happy in London.

"It was a fantastic city for us, a great experience and especially on a social level.

"The only problem I had in London was the incident with my dog - but I don't think it's a problem in Italy."
