Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has rejected Roma claims they were the better team during Wednesday night's 1-1 draw.

"I watched the tapes of the fouls and made notes. The one that Nicolas Burdisso got was identical to Mexes' foul on Hernan Crespo," insisted Mancio.

"Burdisso makes contact with Simone Perrotta with a slight touch of the feet. It was a foul, just like Mexes, that seen on slow-motion replay probably doesn't seem like a booking, but viewed at normal speed seem so and that is why the referee used the same judgment on both.

"The first half was balanced and Roma scored with their first shot on goal. After the break, unfortunately, we had to play with 10 men for over 20 minutes."
